SHIPPING POLICY
Postage is £2.50 for orders under £30 and free on all UK orders above £30.
Orders with a value up to £80 will be sent first class via Royal Mail, orders with a value over £80 will be sent first class tracked.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked service, orders with a value up to £200 will cost £14, international orders with a value over £200 have free shipping.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for any fees or delays due to customs.
All orders are sent using plastic-free packaging, in a Seafire Design gift box. In the rare event of your order not arriving, please contact me and I will endeavor to resolve the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you aren't happy with your glass for any reason please return it within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund, please retain your proof of postage.

Refunds will be given on any faulty products within 6 months of purchase, subject to the item being returned. Please email me prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. If your item is faulty I will refund the cost of return shipping.
Custom made orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.
